At Greews Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange the product under the following terms and conditions:
Exchange Policy
Time Frame: You may request an exchange within two days of receiving the goods, and the product must be returned within this time frame for the exchange to be processed.
Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges are available for products that are the wrong size, faulty, or incorrectly shipped. The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that the product's actual color might differ slightly from the displayed image and is not covered under the return policy.
Non-Eligible Exchanges
Custom-Stitched Clothing: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-stitched clothing, including ready-made stitched sarees with custom blouses, petticoats, custom-stitched salwar kameez, lehenga choli, etc.
Exchange Process
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us for an exchange. Use a trusted and economical courier service for the return. We are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Shipping Costs: You must bear the shipping costs for returning the products. We will not cover these costs.
Customs Duties: We do not refund customs duties or taxes paid at the time of receiving the goods.
Care Instructions for Long-Lasting Use
To maintain the quality and longevity of our products, we recommend dry cleaning all items. Proper care ensures your attire remains in pristine condition for extended use.
Claiming Damaged Goods:
In case of receiving damaged goods, a video recording of the unboxing is required as proof in order to claim a replacement or exchange.
Product Stock Issues
Out-of-Stock Products: If a product is out of stock, you can select an alternative product of the same value from our website. If the new product's price is higher, you will need to pay the difference.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Acceptance Required: If you opted for COD, you must accept the shipment. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for both shipping costs. We will provide you with details for payment of the shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Payment Gateway Fees: If you paid via PayPal or any payment gateway, a 15% fee of the total order amount will be deducted for payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation: A 15% fee of the total order value will be deducted in case of any order cancellation.
Return Time Frame: You must return the product within two days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be processed within two days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
Discretionary Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credits at our sole discretion based on the specific circumstances of each case.
